Emigrants Approval

Once visa documents are received from the employer they are submitted to the Protector of Emigrants for legal approval and overseas employment registration according to government regulations.

Press Advertisement

Vacancies are advertised through newspapers recruitment networks and online platforms to attract qualified candidates from across Pakistan for overseas employment opportunities.

Interview & Trade Test

Shortlisted applicants are invited for interviews and trade tests conducted by recruitment specialists or employer representatives to evaluate professional skills and abilities.

Final Selection

After interviews and technical evaluation the employer selects the most suitable candidates based on qualifications performance and job suitability.

Medical Examination

Selected candidates undergo medical examinations from approved medical centers according to GCC standards to ensure they are fit for overseas employment.

Visa Processing

After medical clearance passports and required documents are submitted to the embassy for visa stamping ensuring proper documentation and smooth processing.

Protector & Insurance

Protector registration and overseas insurance formalities are completed to ensure legal protection and compliance before worker departure.

Travel & Deployment

Finally travel arrangements and flight tickets are organized and workers are deployed to the destination country to start their overseas employment.
